AG Tech ("the Company") operates under absolute zero-trust data-layer architecture. This Document governs the collection, isolation, and processing of technical metadata across all systems, subsidiaries, and corporate touchpoints managed by the Company. By interfacing with our infrastructures, you unconditionally agree to the data handling protocols established herein.
Unlike standard consumer applications, AG Tech purposefully enforces data minimization frameworks to legally protect corporate operational structures. Core data vectors, enterprise logging streams, and communication parameters processed via our production environments—expressly including AG Shield and the AG Trust Network—are restricted via localized sandboxes and multi-tenant cryptographic partitioning.
The Company strictly discloses host logs or customer data matrices only when forced by binding local or international legal writs issued by authorized courts of competent jurisdiction. Unauthorized administrative data sweeps or scanning request protocols from external commercial platforms are automatically discarded and denied.
